Viewer and Vision Replay

Overview

This appendix provides a reference source for common scenarios where
Viewer or Vision is used for call replay in a variety of configurations. It
details steps in the call replay scenarios where the Viewer and Vision
viewing applications combine with hardware features such as the Adapter,
which adapts UDP to the HTTP protocol; Audio Server, which allows
playback of call on a telephone; and Archive, which provides a central
repository for calls. A quick reference summary is also provided.
