Viewer and Vision Replay
Notes:
Each Viewer client can select an Audio server from a list of available
servers.
If calls are requested to be played from sites that are remote from the
Audio Server selected, then the call will be pulled over the WAN and not
played by an Audio Server that is co-located with the recorder that has
the call. If a co-located Audio server is selected prior to replay then the
call will not go over the WAN
Vision, Centralized Viewer and Adapters scenario
The following illustration depicts Vision with centralized Viewer and with
only Adapters at remote sites, using Audio Server for call replay.
