using Archive:
Call search, audit, and so on transacted through Viewer server on site 3.
Call is pulled from Archive, compressed to Truespeech by the Viewer
Server and streamed to WEB client A.
Web client B searches and plays a call from Site 1 through a central
viewer using Archive:
Call search, audit, and so on transacted through Viewer server on site 2.
Call is pulled from Archive (site 1) compressed to Truespeech by the
Viewer Server and streamed to WEB client B.
