Viewer and Vision Replay
Note: Each Vision client can only have one Audio server specified. If calls
are requested to be played from sites that are remote from the configured
Audio Server, the call will be pulled over the WAN. The call will not be
played by an Audio Server that may be co-located with the recorder that has
the call.
Centralized Viewer on Central Archive scenario
The following illustration depicts a centralized Contact Viewer with Viewers
and Adapters at each remote site. Calls are located only on central Archive
with Redirection enabled.
