Step 11 Hold down the plastic latch on the DVD drive, and push the DVD drive outwards
to remove it from the chassis. See steps (2) and (3) in
Step 12 Place the removed DVD drive in an ESD bag.

Step 1 Wear an ESD wrist strap. For details, see

panel to prevent misoperations.
