2.1 Check Items upon the Delivery of the Product
Check the following items when the product is delivered.
1. Check if the correct product is delivered.
(check with the specification table of servo motor and drive.)
2. Check if the product is damaged.
3. Check if the motor shaft rotates smoothly when turned by the hand.
Check if it moves as if it's locked. (except for the motor with brake attached).
4. Check if the coupling part is loose.
Contact the agency where you've purchased or the FA marketing department of
OEMax Electronics for any problems.

Warning Also, check if there is any loosening of various bolts or damage in lead wires or
insulation materials.
