A minus sign in front of the cycle time, for example -200ms, indicates that the
application is time driven, otherwise the application is analogue data driven.
Analogue data driven applications require sample values from Analogue input
modules - in case the physical module is broken, applications are not executed.
Time driven applications are executed periodically regardless of the status of the
analogue signal processing.
