Description
Three-port conference circuit overflow
Definition
The rate of overflow of requests for three-port conference circuits.
Measurement list
CONF3OVF uses measurement CF3P CNFOVFL. In TOPS offices, it uses
the sum of CF3P measurements CNFOVFLT and TOPSOVFL.
Normalizer
CONF3OVF is normalized by total attempts on three-port conference
circuits. In non-TOPS offices, this is the sum of CF3P CNFSZRS,
CNFQOVFL, and CNFQABAN. In TOPS offices, it is the sum of
CNFSZRST, CNFQOVFT, CNFQABNT, and TOPSZRS.
Diagnostics
Review provisioning of three-port conference circuits. Consult the OM
group measurement CNFOVFL. Also check ATB100 logs. Check 3WC
OMs for overflow and attempts.
