SOS-based peripheral module system outage

SOSPMSOU monitors the system availability of the peripheral module (PM)

types listed in the SOSPMMOU index.

Measurement list

SOSPMSOU uses measurements PMTUSBU of OM group PMTYP, and

PM1SBU of OM group PM1 summed over all PM types covered in the

SOSPMPF index.

SOSPMSOU is normalized per working unit per unit time by the PMs

covered by the SOSPMPF index.
