The unavailability of announcements and special tones.
Measurement list
ANNSTNPF uses the sum of ANN measurements ANNSBU and ANNMBU
summed over all announcement types, plus the sum of STN measurements
STNSBU and STNMBU summed over all special tone types.
Normalizer
ANNSTNPF is normalized per unit per unit time. By definition of the
underlying measurements, the number of units is the sum of the number of
working announcement tracks, plus the number of working special tone
circuits.
Diagnostics
Check the availability of special tone and announcement circuits. Check the
OMs ANNSBU and ANNMBU in the OM group ANN. Check the OMs
STNMBU in the OM group STN, as well as (ANNOVFL) STNOVFL.
