The data transmission performance of the virtual circuits associated with

TOPS operator centralization.

Measurement list

VIRTCFL uses measurement TOPSVC VCFL.

VIRTCFL is normalized per attempt to send a message on a virtual circuit.

The number of attempts is given by the sum of TOPSVC measurements

VCFL and VCNMSG.

The virtual circuits associated with the TOPS OC position are failing to send

messages correctly. Verify OM group TOPSVC (VCFL). Check log
