Audio response unit fault
Definition
Monitors the performance for all ARUs which provide service for
applications such as ADACC (automatic directory assistance call
completion).
Measurement list
ARUFLT is calculated from the accumulation of the sum of TOPSARU
measurements DAARUAF and INTARUAF.
Normalizer
ARUFLT is normalized by the sum of each attempt made to release a
directory assistance call to an ARU announcement and each attempt made to
intercept a call to an ARU announcement. These numbers are provided by
the measurements DATOARU and INTTOARU in TOPSARU.
Diagnostics
Check OM group TOPSARU registers DAARUAF and INTARUAF to
pinpoint the failure source.
