What is the switch performance monitoring system? 1-3
In many cases, events and conditions flagged by SPMS will have already
been acted upon, or may reflect the results of maintenance actions. It is
important to keep a record of all maintenance actions affecting the operation
of the switch, from parameter changes through card changes. Such a record
is invaluable for interpreting SPMS results.
