DMS-100G Switch does not contribute to or provide an equivalent of OM
group DS1CARR.
Measurement list
CARRSOUT uses the sum of DS1CARR measurement DS1SBU. In
International offices, this index uses the sum of PCMCARR measurement
CARRSYSB.
Normalizer
CARRSOUT is normalized per working inter-switch carrier link per unit
time.
Diagnostics
Verify OM group DS1CARR (DS1SBU or PCMCARR, CARRSYSB).
