CCS7 degraded route service

C7RTDEGR measures the number of messages that the CCS7 network

cannot deliver to the destination through this route.

Measurement list

C7RTDEGR is the C7ROUTE measurement C7FRCRER and its extension

C7RTDEGR is normalized by the number of CCS7 routes per unit time.

Verify OM group C7ROUTE, registers C7FTFP, C7FRCRER, and C7TFC3.
