The unavailability of network module junctor facing ports. Each port carries

31 speech channels.

Measurement list

NMJCTMOU uses the sum of NMC measurement NMJRMBU.

NMJCTMOU is normalized per network module port per unit time. The

number of network module ports is calculated as the number of working

network modules, multiplied by two planes, multiplied by 64 ports.

Verify OM group NMC (NBMJRMBU). Check the availability of the

network module junctor facing ports.
