The unit failure rate of PM types covered by LMPERF.
Measurement list
LMFLT is equal to the sum of PMTYP PMTRGFLT and PMTFL over the
appropriate PM types.
Normalizer
LMFLT is normalized per working unit per unit time, where the working
units are of the PM types covered by the respective indices.
Diagnostics
In OM group PM, locate those LCMs with high fault measurements. For
further information refer to subsystem logs PM161, PM162, and PM163.
Diagnose fault conditions at the PM level of the MAP.
