The per-call occurrence of errors on links between the CMCs and NMs or
IOCs.
Measurement list
CMCLNKER uses measurement CMC CMCLERR, summed over both
CMCs.
Normalizer
CMCLNKER is normalized per total call attempt on the office.
Diagnostics
Verify OM group CMC (CMCLERR). Further information is available from
system logs LOST103, LOST106, IOD119, CMC107, CMC112, and
IOAU102. Diagnose CMC P-side port problems at the CMC level of the
MAP.
