CCS7 route outage

C7RTOUT monitors the availability of the CCS7 route. The system-busy

and manual-busy route states are considered unavailable.

Measurement list

C7RTOUT uses measurement C7RTUNAU from OM group C7ROUTE and

measurement C7RTUNU from OM group C7ROUTE2.

C7RTOUT is normalized by the number of working CCS7 routes per unit

Verify OM group C7ROUTE, registers C7RTUNAU and C7TFP.
