This section describes how to put the power source into service

service.
For detailed information on each of these steps, please refer to the instruction manuals
for the appliances in question.
Remarks on the
We recommend using a cooling unit for the following applications and situations:

The cooling unit is powered from the power source. As soon as the mains switch of the
power source is shifted into the "I" position, the cooling unit is ready for operation.

Important! To mount the power source to the trolley (without a cooling unit), proceed in
the same way as described above.
Warning! If the power source is plugged into the mains electricity supply during
installation, there is a high risk of very serious injury and damage. Before putting
the machine into service, read the section headed "Safety rules". Only carry out
these preparations if
-
the mains switch (G) is in the "0" position and
-
the mains cable (21) is unplugged from the mains.

In general, where welding is performed in higher power ranges
Mounting the cooling unit on the floor of the
trolley
Using the "Extrude-Tite" screws, bolt the cooling unit to the fixing-brackets (2
screws at the front and 2 at the back on each bracket)

Shift the mains switch into the "0"
position
-
Mount the fixing-brackets to the floor
of the trolley, with three "Extrude-Tite"
screws per fixing-bracket.

Place the cooling unit onto the floor of
the trolley
