Before starting to use the cooling unit,
always check the level and the cleanliness
of the coolant.
If the coolant level has dropped below the
"min" mark, top up the reservoir with
coolant.
Every 12 months, drain off the coolant and
dispose of it correctly.
Important! The coolant must NOT be
disposed of via the waste-water sewage
network!
Only refill the reservoir of the cooling unit
with original Fronius coolant
(40,0009,0046)!
If the torch becomes too hot during
welding, this indicates that the cooling
capacity is insufficient. This may be
caused by the heat-exchanger being
clogged with dust, meaning that the
coolant is not being cooled sufficiently.
Remedy: Blow the heat-exchanger clean
every 6 months, using dry compressed air.

Dispose of the old coolant in
accordance with all applicable
national and local regulations.
