Sharing Checklist
To share, make sure:
Your smart device works with the G5 Mobile app.
•

The G5 Mobile app is open or running in the background
•
Your smart device has an active Internet connection (Wi-Fi, 3G, 4G,

LTE).
o
If on a phone call using your smart device, your CGM information may
•
not upload into the
Airplane Mode is turned off
•
Do Not Disturb is turned off
•
Smart device sound is on in order to hear prompts
•
Smart device is sufficiently charged or charging
•
Smart device is within 20 feet of the transmitter
