The LTC RDR MODE menu item is used to select the type of
information that is contained in the time and user bits of the LTC
reader.
Select LR mode time data when the time bits contain normal time
information and the user bits contain numeric data.
Select LR mode time time when both the time and the user bits contain
time information.
Select LR mode time date when the time bits contain time information
and the user bits contain date information. The LTC RDR TZ ADJ
menu item controls whether local time or UTC will be displayed.

normal 'look ahead' compensation for LTC reader dropouts is active or
