For information on mounting the rear plate and inserting the module into the frame see section 3 of the 7700FR chapter. - Page 8 AES INPUT 4: AES audio input for AES pair 2 (channel 3 and 4) of the audio group selected for embedding by embedder 2. On the 7721AE4-B-HD, there is a 2 x 6 pin terminal strip containing the balanced AES input embedded from the video.

The source for Embedder B is the audio coming in on the AES IN 3 and 4 connectors. There are separate DIP switch settings that are used to enable or disable each embedder as well as to set the audio groups where the embedders will place the audio on the SDI output. -
