The ATC RDR MODE menu item is used to select how the information
that is contained in the time and user bits of the ATC reader is
displayed.
Select ATC mode time data when the time bits contain normal time
information and the user bits contain numeric data.
Select ATC mode data data when both the time and the user bits
contain numeric data. In this mode the raw data from the time and user
bits including the flag bits will be displayed
Select ATC mode time data when the time bits contain normal time
information and the user bits contain source id data.
