Please refer to the procedures below to perform an EMC
measurement (Option EMC required). This procedure contains the
primary four parts as below:
• Scan in CISPR band with CISPR RBW and peak detector
• Load a CISPR limit with pass/fail test
• Use peak search to locate the out-of-limit points
• Measure with quasi-peak detector in zero span
Press Preset (With Preset Type of DFT)
1
Press [Freq] > {Start Freq} > [30] > {MHz} to set the start frequency
2
at 30 MHz
Press [Freq] > {Stop Freq} > [1] > {GHz} to set the stop frequency at
3
1 GHz
Press [Amplitude] > {Y axis unit} > {dBuV} to set the Y axis unit to
4
dBuV
Press {Attenuation} > [10] > {dB} to set the attenuation to 10 dB
5
Press [BW] > {File type} > [120 kHz CISPR} to set the analyzer with
6
CISPR RBW
Press {VBW} > [1] > {MHz} to set the VBW wider than CISPR RBW

After these steps, you can save the instrument status to a *.STA file, and
store it in directory: /USER/STATE. Then it will be shown as one of the
softkey under [User] hardkey, which provides one-button access from the
