Sweep
Sweep Setup
accesses the sub-menu to set the sweep time rule and sweep
mode as below.
Swp Time Rule
The analyzer provides two sweep time rules to meet the different
sweep time requirements:
• Speed
Activates the default fast sweep time rule.
• Accuracy
Activates the normal sweep time rule to ensure the measurement
accuracy.
Speed sweep time rule provides a fast measurement function to
decrease the sweep time. Fast sweep will decrease the
measurement accuracy.
Sweep Type
This softkey toggles the sweep type between swept mode and FFT
mode. This FFT mode is only available when RBW is set to 1 kHz, 3
kHz, or 10 kHz.
Key access: Sweep > Sweep Setup
Dwell Time
Sets the dwell time for Quasi-Peak detector. When the dwell time
is set to AUTO, the time couples with EMC filter.
This softkey is only available when EMC filter (BW > Filter Type)
and Quasi-Peak detector (Trace/Det > More > Detector) are
selected in non-zero span.
