The first two bytes are assigned to the value 0x90AB for the
DI0~DI15 of the I-8053. The 3rd and 4th bytes are assigned to the
value 0xFFFF for the AI0 of the I-87017. After transferring, the input
value of the AI0 is -0.001V.
