Optional DC Banana Jack

The conga_MEVAL offers M29 and M30 optionally for supplying separate variable power to the module. The input voltage varies between
4.75 V and 20 V.
Jumper X76 controls the source of the COM Express module's input voltage when using the optional DC banana jack.
