10.1.8 Noise reduction (on analog signals only)

Description
Noise reduction is only available in case of analog signals.
Noise reduction can be used to reduce the noise on an analog source signal as to get the best image quality. It can be set in the
range 0..4. Default value is 2.
Reducing noise in the image
1. In the OSD, navigate to Image > Settings > Noise Reduction... and press ENTER to select.

10.2 Gain control (on video signals only)

Description
Gain control is only available in case of video signals.
In case of a video or S-video source, the gain (amplitude) of the source signal is automatically controlled by the MCM-100S (=
default setting). The incoming signal is adjusted depending on the incoming signal strength.
You can also decide to manually adjust the gain to meet your preferences. The manual gain control is best done on an external gray
scale bar pattern.
