Procedure:
1. Set the MS2723B or MS2724B to Spectrum Analyzer mode and then preset the instrument.
2. Press the BW soft key. Then set the RBW to 1 kHz, and set the VBW to 10 Hz.
3. Press the Span soft key, and set span to 10 kHz.
4. Press the Amplitude soft key. Then set the Reference Level to –20 dBm, and set the Atten Lvl to 0 dB.
5. Connect the MS2723B or MS2724B to the test setup as shown in
6. Set the MG3692x frequency to 9.5 kHz. Do not adjust the output power.
7. On the MS2723B or MS2724B, press the Freq soft key and press the Center Freq soft key.
8. Enter 9.5 kHz.
9. Press the Marker key and press the Peak Search soft key.
10. Record the Marker 1 amplitude reading (in units of dBm) into
