Calling for help
If you have tried the suggestions in this manual and still need assistance,
call the ENCAD dealer where you purchased your printer. Other sources of
help are listed inside the front cover and on the first three pages of this
manual.
Before you call technical support for help, be sure that you have all of the
following information available to help your Technical Support
representative:
Printer
model
software printer control panel rev number (listed on the About
ENCAD tab)
printer driver rev number
serial number
Computer
model
operating system
connection (serial or parallel)
RIP
Note: If you have not previously supplied an ENCAD Warranty Registration and a Purchase
Invoice, you will need to do so now to qualify for Warranty Service and Support.
