Won't print multiple copies
Certain applications handle multiple pages differently. Make sure you have
this set properly within the application. Try printing one page at a time.
Data transfer
"Error connecting to printer" and/or "Error on connect to printer" message
In the printers control panel, be sure Croma24 is set at the default printer. If
other printers are trying to control the same printer port as Croma24,
temporarily reassign them to another port.
Printer doesn't print
Be sure paper is loaded properly and that your printer is connected to the
appropriate data port.
If you are printing over a network, the problem could be in the network. To
test, try connecting the printer directly to your computer and send the file
again.
Serial printing does not work
Verify that the serial cable is properly connected.
Be sure that your serial cable is no longer than 25 ft.
Wrong characters are printing
Be sure the parallel cable IEEE Std. 1284 compatible.
