The following tips will help you print quickly and easily from
PowerPoint.
Layouts can only be printed in Portrait orientation.
Print setup for PowerPoint:
Printing a standard PowerPoint file will take approximately 3.5
minutes if it is set up as described below. For every inch you add to the
width and height, you can expect to add an additional 3.5 minutes to
your overall printing time.
1.
Choose Slide Setup from the PowerPoint File menu.
2.
In the Slide Setup dialog box, set the document size. Remember,
document size is not necessarily printing size. You can increase the
printing size later to print larger than the original layout size.
3.
In the Slide Setup dialog box, choose Landscape as the slide
orientation.
4.
Choose Print from the File menu.
5.
In the Print dialog box, choose Scale to Fit Paper so that it has a
checkmark shown. Fit to Paper is very important so that files can be
scaled to the full media width. Make sure your standard pages fit the
media you have loaded in your printer.
6.
Click the Properties button.
7.
The Croma24 window, you can apply custom settings for printing.
a.
