Refilling cartridges
•
Use only the ENCAD-branded ink refill supplied with your
ENCAD QIS cartridge or from an ENCAD refill kit. Remember
that using any other ink may damage the printer. Be sure to refill
the cartridge with the same color and type of ink it originally
contained. (For example, if the cartridge contained GS ink, refill it
with GS ink, not GA ink.)

Handle the cartridge only on the plastic areas. Touching the copper
electrical interconnect or the inkjets can damage the cartridge.
•
To refill the ink cartridge, refer to the instructions provided with
the ENCAD QIS Ink Refill kit.
