• The amount of emitted light cannot be exactly same as setting value [%] and actual control value [%] due to the
control resolution difference of Sensor Controller (0.1[μs]). The minimum value of control resolution is 0.1[μs ].

Description
Automatically sets the amount of emitted light within the
range that does not exceed the specified upper limit.
Usually, select this setting.
Select this mode when you want to specify the amount of
emitted light, and set the amount of emitted light (fixed
value).
When [Auto] is selected for light exposure control mode, set
the upper limit value for the amount of emitted light. The
amount of emitted light is set on the assumption that
([Measurement cycle]-3) μs is taken as 100%.
When [Auto] is selected for light exposure control mode, set
the lower limit value for the amount of emitted light. The
amount of emitted light is set on the assumption that
([Measurement cycle]-3) μs is taken as 100%.
When [Fixed] is selected for light exposure control mode,
set the fixed value for the amount of emitted light. The
amount of emitted light is set on the assumption that
([Measurement cycle]-3) μs is taken as 100%.
Select the measurement surface target for light adjustment.
Use this setting for multiple measurement surfaces.
The peak is the surface of all measurement surfaces having
the highest received light amount.
