Define Name Server Addresses
You can define name server addresses for the EtherNet/IP network
adapter. These addresses are automatically assigned if DHCP is
enabled for the network adapter.
Follow these steps to define name server address.
1. Select Terminal Settings>Networks and
Communications>Network Connections>Network Adapters.
2. Press a button to enter a name server address.
Field
Description
Primary DNS
The address of the primary DNS resolver.
Secondary DNS
The address of the secondary DNS resolver.
Primary WINS
The address of the primary WINS resolver.
Secondary WINS
The address of the secondary WINS resolver. xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
3. Press OK when done.
Valid Values
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
