If the close limit is acceptable, answer "YES." If not rotate the selector
knob to LOCAL. Close valve to desired limit, rotate selector knob to STOP,
and answer YES.
If the open limit is acceptable, answer "YES." If not rotate the selector
knob to LOCAL. Open valve to desired limit, rotate selector knob to STOP,
and answer YES.
