Risk of electric shock
Live components are exposed when the housing is open. Before
opening the device, disconnect it from the power supply voltage.

Li-Ion battery
The replacement of the battery must be carried out only by quali-
fied personnel or by an ecom authorized service center.
NOTE
Charge the internal accumulator regularly (an unused analyser
should be charged at least 1 x per month). Never store the unit with a
discharged battery!
CAUTION
Damage to electronic components
Electrostatic discharge can damage electronic components.
Before touching the inside of the housing, touch a grounded
component.
NOTE
Strong electromagnetic fields can impair the function of the measur-
ing instrument. Make sure that the measuring instrument is not ex-
posed to strong electromagnetic radiation sources.
