If the SOLUTIONS above do not resolve the symptom:
1. Check whether the end fence has been set correctly.
2. Attach the spacer (P/N: M0212570) behind the end fence using double-sided tape or,
attach the decal (P/N: M0218840) as shown.
If the customer uses several paper sizes in one tray, attach the decal instead of
the spacer. Otherwise, attach the spacer.
Before attaching the spacer/decal, clean the attachment surface.
