If the symptom still occurs, try the following.
Check to see whether the side fence is set too tightly.
-When the side fence set too tightly, the machine needs more power to feed the paper.
-Align the tip of side fence to the paper size.
OR, if the customer is using LETTER sized paper:
- Do the following PROCEDURE.
PROCEDURE
1. Slide the P/N M0212638(side fence lock) toward the left and into the groove.
2. Push down on the part to attach it.
Side fence lock:
(P/N #: M0212638
IMPORTANT: To remove the countermeasure part, insert a flathead screwdriver into the
opening along the upper edge of the part.
