An odor may be emitted from the fan on the right side of the machine.
CAUSE
This may be noticeable depending on the type of paper used.
SOLUTION
Attach the filter (P/N: M0529595 (
Filter Attachment Procedure
The P model is used in the following procedure, since the steps are the same for the MF
and P models.
1. Set the direction of the louver on the right side of the machine.
* If one or more users works close to the rear side of the machine, aim the louver
downward.
* For all other cases, aim the louver toward the rear of the machine.
