 This document is for the Sh-MF1/P1 HC wristband model.
 Wristband models are sold only in the U.S. market.
SYMPTOM
1. Cannot open the main paper tray.
2. Paper stuck at the Teflon Mylar.
3. Non-feed jam
POSSIBLE CAUSE
The shape of the 3-inch tray bottom plate is not optimal.
1.
The shape of the Teflon Mylar is not optimal.
2.
The spring lengthens over time as the machine is operated
3.
SOLUTION
1. Replace the tray bottom plate.
2. Replace the HC Teflon Mylar.
3. Replace the spring (included in #1) and change the setting of the "Paper thickness lever".

1. 3inch tray bottom plate: M0529907
Note: P/N M0529907 is used on the wristband model only.
2. A set of the following 3 parts (for main tray): M0529911
-Teflon Mylar: 1 piece
-Tension springs: 2 pieces
-Paper thickness cover decal: 1 sheet
3. A set of 5 sheets of the cover decal: M0529912
4. A set of 2 tension springs: M0529908
