Lift the door latch (on the right side of the door) to open the BodyGuard 545
Color Vision
packaging leaving the end caps on the line.

Connect the administration set to the medication bag. The recommended
medication bag fluid height is approximately 255 mm (+/- 25mm) above the
pump door.
3.
Hold the section of tubing with the black key (small plastic block) and make sure
the flow direction is in line with the flow direction arrows inside the pump door.
4.
Insert the IV tubing into the pump by placing the key into the keyway as shown
by the flow direction arrows in the diagram. Insert the tubing from left to right,
and avoid stretching, twisting, or pulling the tubing. Check that the key located on
the tube is placed in its correct position in the tubing guide.
NOTE: The set key can only be fitted into the key space one way. If you are
having trouble fitting it, do not force it in. Try to turn the line around to ensure
you have correctly lined up with the direction of flow.
5.
Locate the anti-stretch locator in the round space on the left side (around the air
sensor door) and insert the tubing into the anti-stretch locator.

Verify that the BodyValve

Close the pump door until the latch clicks.
NOTE: Ensure that the tubing is inserted completely into the pumping channel.
Priming the Set

Once the set is loaded turn on the BodyGuard

The screen than will prompt for level one code. Enter code 700 and press
