REMOVAL - INSTALLATION PROCEDURES
6.1.3 Platform removal / installation
1- Once the shelf is removed (see § 6.1.1), remove
the cover for the shelf power unit (secured by 4
screws).
2- Disconnect the fittings/hydraulic hoses from the
power unit and from the shelf cylinder, as well
as the electrical cables.
NOTE
The torque value for both fittings of the power
unit is 25 N.m.
Proceed with extreme caution around a
pressurized hydraulic system. Failure to do
so can result in death or serious injuries.

CAUTION
Ensure all hydraulic and electrical
components are tagged correctly to be able
to install them in their original place.
3- Remove the shelf cylinder (secured by 4
screws).
4- Remove the support for the shelf power unit
(secured by 2 screws).
5- Remove both plates securing the platform on
the last mast section (secured by 4 bolts and
nuts) and the 4 screws securing the platform
floor to the platform support.
6- Remove the controls handlebar from the
platform (secured by 2 screws on the platform
floor).
7- Disconnect all connectors and electrical cables
linking the card box (fixed underneath the
platform) to the components (platform control
components). Ensure they are marked.
8- Secure the platform using an appropriate lifting
equipment (fork lift truck, overhead crane).
9- Lift the platform (using the fork lift truck or the
overhead crane) to separate it from the last mast
section.

CAUTION
Ensure the electrical cables do not get
pinched or crushed during platform removal.
The platform may fall if it is not correctly
supported. It must be empty and inoccupied
during this operation.

Remove the controls handlebar by removing
the 2 fixation plates secured by 2 screws on
the last mast element.
