3.18 Electronic controller

The machine is fitted with 2 electronic controllers
located at the rear of the chassis, between the driving
wheels.
The master controller is located on the right side of
the chassis and the slave controller on the left side.
The master controller controls the right drive motor.
The slave controller controls the left motor.
Both controllers are identical and fitted with the same
program. The inputs wiring helps to identify the master
controller from the slave controller.
NOTE
Use of this machine in an environment with
electromagnetic interferences may result in
fluctuations in speed of certain movements
(slowing down) and the actuation of acoustic
and light alarms. All functions and safety
devices of the machine remain operational.
The controllers are fitted with 4 Molex Minifit connectors
numbered from A to D :
1- Connector A
ç A1: EV1 electrovalve control output. Not
connected.
ç A2: EV3 electrovalve control output. Not
connected.
ç A3: NAUX2 auxiliary output. Not
connected.
ç A4: DI5 Contact input. Not connected.
ç A5: DI7 contact input. Not connected.
ç A6: Contact input DI9. Activate low speed
of translation.
ç A7: DI11 Contact input. Not connected.
ç A8: EV2 electrovalve control output. Not
connected.
ç A9: NAUX1 auxiliary output.Not
connected.
ç A10: Ground of the control card connected to
A14.
ç A11: DI6 contact input. Not connected.
ç A12: DI8 contact input.

2- Connector B
ç B1: Positive battery output for drive motor
electromagnetic brake coil supply.
ç B2: + battery directly supplied after emergency
stop.
ç B3: proportional electrovalve drive output
NEVP. Not connected.
ç B4: DI3 contact input. Correspond to forward
drive movement.
ç B5: drive motor electromagnetic brake output.
ç B6: line contactor drive output NLC. Not
connected.
ç B7: horn electrovalve negative drive HORN.
Not connected.
ç B8: DI4 contact input. Correspond to reverse
drive movement.
3- Connector C
ç C1: positive battery input directly after an
emergency stop.
ç C2: DI1 contact input. Not connected.
ç C3: steering potentiometer negative reference.
ç C4: potentiometer cursor input CPOTTR. Not
connected.
ç C5: CAN-BUS High.
ç C6: DI10 contact input. Drive movement enable
input.
ç C7: DI7 contact input. Not connected.
ç C8: steering potentiometer positive supply.
ç C9: steering potentiometer cursor input.
ç C10: CAN-BUS Low.
4- Connector D
ç D1: Signal A of the drive motor encoder.
ç D2: drive motor encoder positive supply.
ç D3: drive motor temperature switch input.
Not connected.
ç D4: Signal B of the drive motor encoder.
ç D5: drive motor encoder negative.
ç D6: motor temperature switch negative. Not
connected.
