REMOVAL - INSTALLATION PROCEDURES
3- Connect cables and connectors back to the
power module as previously tagged. Tighten
the power cables on the controller posts.
Torque value : 5.6 - 8.4 Nm (4.1 - 6.2 ft.lb).

NOTE
Do not overtighten the terminal bots, or
damage to the unit could occur.
4- After all connections to the power module are
made and verified, the vattery can be
reconnected.
5- Install chassis covers.
6- Check software version (refer to section 7).
7- Proceed with a system setup and calibration
(refer to section 7).

6.5 Hydraulic components
6.5.1 Mast cylinder disassembly
1- Remove the mast assembly from the chassis
as indicated in § 6.2.
2- Remove the mast cylinder as indicated in §
6.3.1.
3- Remove the bolts and washers securing the
cylinder to the cylinder brackets (see fig. 6.7).
4- Remove one of the circlips from the cylinder
pin and drive the pin out.
5- Remove the cylinder and the cylinder plate.
CAUTION
!
It is recommended that 2 people handle the
cylinder.

NOTE
Any maintenance requiring cylinder
disassembly must include replacement of all
seals.
6- Drain all the hydraulic oil from the cylinder.
7- Using a spanner, unscrew the cylinder head
until it clears the barrel (see fig. 6.8).
