4.4 Shelf alignment setting

DANGER
Shelf alignment and transversal play setting
between the platform and the shelf must be
performed by a trained and qualified
personnel.
The shelf longitudinal alignment is performed by 4
bearings fixed on the shelf. This alignement is factory
preset and cannot be modified.
The shelf transversal alignment is performed by 4 slide
blocks fixed on the shelf. Each of them is equiped
with a setting screw to adjust the transversal play .
1- Clean the inside of the platform guide rails to
remove the used grease.
2- Loosen the locknuts of the slide blocks setting
screws.
3- Screw / unscrew the setting screws of each 4
blocks in order to center the shelf in the platform
and limit the transversal play at most.

! CAUTION
As the block comes in contact with the "U"
profile of the platform, stop tighten the setting
screw.
4- Tighten the setting screws locknuts.
Torque value : 21 Nm approximatly.
Verification after setting :
Raise or lower the shelf two or three times (complete
stroke) with the nominal load distributed on the shelf.
- If no pinch occurs, the setting is correct.
- If a pinch occurs while rising or lowering, slightly
loosen the blocks setting screws.
- Check the torque of all setting screws locknuts.
