4.11 Gate sensors setting

The gate sensors are factory preset and locked to
disable any movement from both upper and ground
control panels if one of the gates is not closed.
For each of the 2 gates:
1- Loosen both sensor's attachment screws to
be able to move the sensor.
2- Close the corresponding side gate.
3- Move the sensor until the roller nearly touches
the gate cam.
4- Tighten the sensor on the platform's structure.
5- Open the side gate and check that the sensor's
contact is triggered as soon as the gate opens
(a characteristic noise can be heard when the
sensor is triggered).
6- Open and close the side gate several times to
ensure the sensor is correctly set.

NOTE
If one of the two gates is open:
- Only the shelf elevation and lowering
movements are availble from the upper
control panels.
- The mast movements from the ground
control box are not allowed.

4.12 Shelf sensor setting

This sensor disables the shelf elevation movement
when it reaches its maximum height.
Shelf sensor
- Fully raise the shelf
- Control a shelf elevation movement.
ç if the shelf power unit carries on working
(pressure relief valve), the sensor is
maladjusted. Loosen both sensor's attachment
screws in order to move it until the power
unit motor stops turning.
ç if the power unit motor stops working and
only the shelf lowering movement is avaible,
the sensor is set correctly.
