1. Bedknife
1. Use Toro General Service Training Book, Reel Mower Basics (part no.
09168SL) and grinder manufacturer's instructions for bedknife grinding
information.
2. lead-in chamfer is ground into all new bedknives
chamfer should last for the first 40% of the bedknife service life. Check and
re-grind the lead-in chamfer as necessary.
3. After bedknife grinding is complete, install bedbar to cutting unit (refer to
Installing the Bedbar Assembly (page
